According to the Native American Artists Hallmark directory that I consulted, this is a hallmark of Thomas Singer.
There is chip inlay, the hallmark of Thomas Singers' work on the teepee part of the design.
There are a few small areas on the chipwork where the surface of the chips is not smooth and flat, but rather is slightly recessed.
The pendant appears to have been made that way, so I assume that this is a natural variation in the chip inlay process.
The stampwork is gorgeous on this pendant. The pendant has a teepee, mountains, clouds and a few raindrops.
It has a pin clasp and a loop on the back for a chain, so it could be worn as a pendant or a pin.
The pendant has a slightly domed shape.
This pendant has a nice weight to it, and is on the heavier side for it's size.
The pendant measures 1 and 7/16 inches across.
There is a layer of natural tarnish on the pendant, which looks quite attractive.
