The shell is a gorgeous dark orange color with wonderful contrasting white stridations, with a beautiful sheen to it. There are no cracks in the shell.
The setting is on the heavy side, and the finish on the silver is an antiqued slightly darkened silver, rather than a shiny silver. The bracelet is sterling silver, and is stamped sterling.
Please note that one of the side silver pieces framing the heart shell is crooked, and is not attached evenly to the band. Perhaps this could be fixed by a jeweler.
So please note that the crescent shaped silver piece on the right hand side is crooked, and please do not purchase this bracelet if that is a concern. The bracelet measures approximately 1 inch at it's tallest part and approximately 6.5 inches long, measured across the outside.
This bracelet would fit a smaller wrist, as there is no flexibility in the band.
