This lovely little tin of Heather Theatrical Rouge, made by Whitehall Laboratories, Inc., New York, New York and Toronto, Canada in circa 1940s, is in good condition with normal and expected aging and small scrapes and nicks. The tin is an antique golden tan, cream and a rosy red-pink. There is still quite a bit of rouge inside and it is packed tightly and there is a puff inside as well.
