The elephant has gold accent paint on it, and a cute red paint spot that is supposed to be a tongue, I take it.
There is a chip on the base of the item, as well as a mark inside the bowl where it looks like the paint didn't adhere to that spot, however neither of these flaws detract from the attractiveness of the piece in my opinion.
This item is on the small side, it measures approximately 6 inches long, from the pot to the back of the elephant, and approximately 4 inches across from ear to ear on the elephant.
There are no markings or stickers on the item. There is a bit of glue residue from a removed price tag on the bottom of the item.
The item does not appear to have ever been used as an ashtray, there is however what looks like some kind of glue residue in a small area inside the bowl.
