RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please contact us if you wish to return an item for whatever reason within 7 days of receipt.
Your item must be returned in its original and unworn condition with all the tags and original packaging. Please ensure that boxes are not crushed and it would be advisable to have proof of posting.
A refund or replacement will only be issued once we have received and inspected the goods. Kindly enclose a small note with your item stating your eBluejay ID, item number and the reason for the return to avoid any delay in refunding or replacing.
Faulty or incorrect items will receive a full refund or replacement plus a refund of the buyers return postage costs.
We also accept returns for any other reason but the postage costs will not be refunded unless the fault lies with us.
