Fully illustrated, it gives detailed instructions for measuring fabric and sewing a variety of valances. 15 styles with variations including: double pouf, twisted, fan, shirred & ruffled, tapered, victorian, blouson, basic, draped and window scarf. Excellent, pre-owned condition with only minor wear to the edges.
