This piece is coming from our private collection, because we are getting our house ready to sell and hope to move into a senior citizens center in the near future. Hence, we will not have the space to store these type of items any longer. Because we know the history of this piece, I can tell you that we bought it NEW and it was displayed only ONE TIME in all these years.
This piece was made from 1996 until 1998 when it was retired. The box shown is in what I would consider very good condition as shown. However, there is minor shelf wear. The piece itself is just fine.
One of the figures is about 5 inches tall & the other is about 4-5/8 inches tall. The front to back measurement is about 3-1/2 inches on one and about 2-1/2 inches on the other. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs to this piece. The pink mini catalog (about 1-3/4 inches wide and about 2-1/2 inches tall) is also included.
Unfortunately, I do have to make mention (though most people would know and understand this) that the display pieces like the Easter Eggs, Floral arrangements, and the brown walk way shown in the pictures ARE NOT INCLUDED in this sale.
