Fenton Blue Topaz Candle Bowl or Rose Bowl

From the Fenton 2002 catalog: "The romantic brilliance of the blue topaz gemstone inspired Fenton's latest shade of blue which shimmers with elegance...." This Rose bowl/Votive or Candle Bowl is very striking with the pinwheel in the mould as the focal point of the design. It comes with the brass (I think its brass) stand making the overall height of about 7 inches. The bowl without the stand measures about 3-3/4 inches tall and is about 5-1/8 inches wide. There are no chips, cracks or repairs, but there is no original box. This item has been previous owned and used, I think, but it doesn't look it.
I do need to ad in here...after reviewing this piece, it is not the same design as the picture in the 2002 catalog. That one shown in the Fenton catalog is a pineapple design and this one is not. It is for sure a Fenton piece but I don't know exactly when this was made. The big sale on blue topaz was in 2002, so I assume that is when it was made. But, I am not 100% sure it was made then.
