A word about the copyright/printing date ... there is none! Sooo frustrating when cookbook committees don’t include and publishers don’t ask if they’d like to include! Of course a date reference is important for future generations! And one cannot go by the copyright date given on the filler pages of cookbooks ... that is the publishers copyright date for those miscellaneous pages! I tried ... Cookbook publisher said last-revision/reorder was 2003, but no record of the initial date published! I saw a public event on Facebook that former students had a reunion in 2011; I posted an inquiry on that page but no response received. Phone number given in Google for the school is disconnected, and phone printed in the cookbook as the school contact now belongs to someone who said she has had that number since 1989 and could offer no school info! So at least I can surmise that this cookbook is from the 1980s or older!
