This is for one set of all Five, never used, new Jeep CJ, YJ, black WITH CHROME Trim fronts, A/C vents. 3 long CENTER vents(J8128134) and 2 short END Vents(J8128135), louvers. The two end ones actual hole size is 92mm X 35mm. 91mm X 34mm is the actual measurement of the backside area of the vent that fits inside the hole. The three center ones actual hole size is 35mm X 123mm. These are made by the OEM just like the original ones and fit right in the original holes.
On some of the YJs, it is necessary to remove the outer vent frame(on the center three) and install the inner wing assembly directly to the center three vent housing on the front of your A/C. This housing must be removed and the wing assemblies installed from the backside. I did this on my '92 YJ, but you must be very careful not to break your housing mounting tabs. This is not necessary on the CJ units.
Some units have all long vents. If yours is one of these, request an invoice and add a note for all 5 long vents. I will send you an invoice with the additional $5.00 charge for a set of all long vents.
