The calliope used in this recording was restored and rebuilt by Ellworth Somers. Mr. Somers' circus experience dates from the time he ran away from home in the traditional fashion at age 15.
In 1950, Mr Somers left show business to enter the non-ferrous metals field and has restored and rebuilt several calliopes as a hobby.
10 inch album has been played and is in very good+ condition. Album cover is bright, shiny, and colorful.
