For any professional wrestling promotion, to reach ten years in business is a milestone. For independent promotions, where one poorly attended show has the potential to make or break them, ten years can seem like a lifetime. Other times, ten years can pass and it seems like "just yesterday" you were just starting. Sometimes you can look back fondly upon your early days while others recall the struggle to survive.
All-Star Championship Wrestling, an affiliate of the National Wrestling Alliance and based in Green Bay, Wisconsin has had its share of ups and downs, but has survived and thrived where other promotions have fallen by the wayside, making ACW the longest running promotion in the state of Wisconsin.
ACW boasts as their very own former WWE star Kamikaze Ken Anderson, aka Ken Kennedy and Hornswoggle (formerly Shortstack, The World's Sexiest Midget), as well as at one time hosting such notable alumni as Shawn Daivari, ODB, Colt Cabana, CM Punk and others.
ACW has also been noted over the years for some great limited edition t-shirts, hats and other great mechandise items, in addition to one of the largest DVD catalogues in all independent wrestling. By making these items in limited quantity, it adds to the collector's value to the fans.
