Lovely underslip (not sure of era), but definitely vintage with lots of detail. There are no straps but the overall length is 35" from the top lace to the bottom lace. It is 15" wide at the top and 23 1/2" wide at the bottom. Handmade laces are 3" wide at top and 7" wide at bottom (widest point). There are pleated gussetts on each side just below the waist and other darts and seams for perfect fit. It may have been custom made. The bottom portion is lined with crepe.
