Backtrack started off being called Catchfire. I'm not sure what caused the name change, but it was one of the first movies a drug-free Dennis Hopper directed and a year before Jody Foster won much acclaim for her role in Silence of the Lambs. It's an interesting story enough: Foster witnesses a mob killing and Hopper has to do her in. While tracking her, he falls in love. A lot of great shots of the Arizona town where Hopper had lived for a long time after Easy Rider.
This DVD is digitally remastered. Other features include widescreen, a photo gallery, and cast and crew information. The DVD is near new, beautiful and colorful case. This is region 1 (USA, CA). Shipping costs $4 in the U.S., $8 to anywhere outside the U.S.
