Up for your consideration is a lovely footed open sugar bowl made by Fostoria Glass. The pattern is called Chintz. This type of glass is called Elegant Glass. This classic pattern has an ornate etched floral design, etch # 338. Fostoria Glass Company closed permanently on February 28, 1986.
