You will select for us to design and print your product on a 4.25" x 5.50" Postcard Announcement with envelope or for a high quality digital .jpeg image of your design that you can email out or print your own at home.
The Add to Cart Quantity is for each additional 12 Announcements; example, quantity 2 is 24 Announcements, quantity 3 would be 36 Announcements and so forth.

Print Villa ships anywhere in the US and we offer two options of shipping and both are through the US Postal Service (USPS).
Our most cost effective option is Priority Mail; which is an estimated but NOT guaranteed 2-3 day service (excluding weekends/holidays), for a flat rate fee of $7.00 regardless of quantity ordered.
The fastest option is Express Mail which is a guaranteed 1-2 day service, excluding weekends/holidays, once it ships starting at $23.00. A side note for Express Mail customers, the 1-2 day time frame starts counting when the product ships. Once the order is placed, we will send a proof, we will then wait 24 hours for you to approve or make changes to that proof. After 24 hours we will print and ship Express Mail orders whether they have been approved or not unless we are in back-and-forth communications with you on the proofing step. If you feel like we have not sent the proof or contacted you during this 24 hours, it will be your responsibility to contact us as we will be thinking you have received the proof.
Due to our products being personalized specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds even if the order is printed with an error on it once the design has been approved for printing and/or the right to proof the order has been waived or ignored. Orders cancelled before printing but after a proof has been prepared will incur a cancellation fee of $15.00 due to the time invested and bank fees associated with the order. We are not responsible for shipping delays and therefore offer no refunds or compensation on orders that arrive later than anticipated. Print Villa recommends that you place your order while allowing time for delays whether the delay is shipping and/or error related. We urge you to type carefully and use great care in proofing your order.
Timeframe of Order Productions:
Print Villa will make every effort to have your product through our production system within 2-3 days; should this timeframe need to be altered in any way for any reason, we will make every effort to contact you at the email address that you have provided to us. Should your order be delayed in production for more than 7 days, you the client will have the right to notify Print Villa by email to cancel the order at no cost to you. Please allow for a 5 day timeframe for us to present you with our special project design ideas for your first of three revisions; our design presentations will be delivered to you via the contact email address you have supplied us with, an approval email from that same contact email address will serve as your electronic signature for approval.
Once products have been ordered and agreed to, with or without your desire to participate in our eproof option, you are stating and taking responsibility of payment for the full order total. If you, the client, choose to use the eproofing system that we offer for you to be able to view your finished product prior to printing and you fail to respond within 5 business days to that proof, Print Villa will assume the proof is acceptable and the order will be printed and shipped and no refunds will be made once printed. Approving the proof is your acceptance of responsibility of the product even if there is an error or typo. Print Villa reserves the right to restrict the changes allowed to be made by the customer to 3 changes; any errors/typos at the hands of Print Villa would not count towards the change allotment. Customer is subject to a fee if the customer requires more than 3 changes.
