CONDITION: This booklet is in very good condition. It has the price scribbled out on the top right and another price written on the other side. A few scuff marks and an odd light stains on cover. Inside pages look fabulous! No tears odors or pen / pencil markings detected. (Periodically but not often there may be a name on the book or tiny notation that I may have unintentionally over looked)
