It is made of a clearish blue soft plastic material, and has a dark blue drinking tube attached to one end side of the bag, other end of tube has a screw off cap for refilling the bag. Bag is made to fit inside a special rack for being attached to bikes, or used in backpacks, or other vehicles. It can however be used by itself withou the separate rack assembly.
