It is in pretty good condition except the cover is very worn.
It includes moderate to heavy edgewear plus some stains/dirt marks on the cover.
No torn or ripped pages
The edges of the pages have several dirt smudges mostly visible from the side view.
There is a mark on the inside back cover where a price was removed.
