This book is in pretty good condition for its age.
The cover is very worn around the edges and has a label on the cover which is peeling a little along the edges.
No torn or ripped pages.
The edges of the pages are yellowed and dirty, mostly visible from the side view.
There is some writing on the inside of the back cover.
