This book is in pretty good condition for its age.
The cover has some aging and dirt stains plus some edgewear.
The side edges of the pages are yellowed due to aging.
No torn or ripped pages, but there is a small slit along the inside binding edge and the last page.
There were a few pencil markings on the inside cover which have been erased, but left a mark.
