Recycling Works!
The yarn is diverted from landfill by FabMo, an ecologically minded nonprofit. Shades of yarn may vary. I also rescue tangled yarn and short yarn ends. Please ask if you have any questions.
I accept PayPal, but can invoice using Square if you prefer.
Most packages will be sent using USPS the next business day after receiving your payment; the same day if possible. I will contact you when your item is shipped so you can expect it.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. I do not ship internationally.
Please contact me within ten days of your order date and I'm sure we will find a solution. I do not charge a return or restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and since shipping is a service provided by a third party, postage cannot be refunded. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Item Availability:
Many of my items are true one-of-a-kind creations, as I prefer to work with rescued/recycled materials, and I couldn’t make them again, even if I wanted to. I remove sold items quickly after a craft fair. If an item is no longer available, I will try to find a suitable replacement, or refund the transaction with my sincere apology.

If you see something you like but prefer a different color or quantity, please contact me. I am honored to create just for you, when time and materials allow. I work with rescued materials and many of my items are uniquely one-of-a-kind. After payment has been received, I will start your custom order and send you an email when it ships. Custom orders cannot be returned.
