The Talking Stick

The Talking Stick is a wonderful thing for a family discussion, classroom, a chat circle. Whoever holds the stick is the only one allowed to speak, all others must listen. Take turns holding the stick and everyone gets to speak what on their mind without interuption. This is not an authentic artifact, but my own craft work. It is mostly for fun and enjoyment, but it works great for keeping the peace during discussion that would otherwise get out of hand when everyone talks at once.
It is made with different leathers, fur,peacock feather, feathers and beads. The beads are tiger eye and jade pony beads, not real gemstones. Like I said, it's just a fun thing. Great for just hanging up for a conversation piece, or for using to 'keep the peace'!
