The Paintings for which this book is a guide are the same as those I painted for the thirteen part series The Magic of Oil Painting. The series was produced by KOCE-TV, Huntington Beach, California and originally broadcast by public television stations throughout the US.
In 1981, two years after the original edition of this book was published we developed this revised edition. This edition has new full color plates of all thirteen paintings. These plates closely match the color of the original paintings, This edition also features an easy to read format and more black and white photographs for four of the paintings to illustrate for you specific techniques and details of the Alexander method.
