Offered today from my personal collection of antique photography is a very neat Cabinet card of a nice looking couple in studio. The husband is seated as usual for this time period, with wife standing by his side. Both are dressed very finely and image is very sharp. Photo info on back is very interesting as it has dates & the subjects names at top. Photo studio was E.L Eaton Photography Gallery established 1857. Under this is an Award Stamping with studio name in left circle as shown & on the right is a picture of a plow in field with Nebraska State Board of Agriculture in capital letters in an arc inside circle. At the bottom it says "Received First Premium for Best Work From 1869 to 1876. Having dates & subject names makes this a desirable collectors photo so don`t miss out! Cabinet card is in good condition with a fair bit of handling wear around the edges. Estimated age is post civil war period c.1866-80. This would be a wonderful addition to any collection of antique photography. Offered today at a very reasonable $6.00 and shipping by regular air(not insured) is just $6.00.
