This bag is vinyl, not leather. This seems like a well made, quality bag. The strap measures approximately 20.5 inches, measuring the strap from where it joins the top of the ring. The strap measurement does not include the rings. The bag is approximately 7 inches tall, measuring from the center of the bag down. It is approximately 12 inches wide, measuring at it's widest point, near the bottom.
