Soak herbs in 4 bowls of water for 5 – 10 minutes. Add 200gm of pork ribs and 100gm of pork loin or 1 whole chicken and boil for 3 - 4 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve one bowl per person. Serve 2 - 3 persons.
