This is an infant/toddler dress from long ago, reminding me of something Shirley Temple would have worn. Background is white with red and blue check pattern, scalloped sleeves and hem, rounded neckline, three hook and eye closure on back in perfect condition. The upper portion appears to be organza, the lower half is a lightweight fabric--possibly cotton.
