A. No, you can choose to either personalize or just have the beautiful picture.

2. How do I get the personalization information to the seller?
A. You can either email us at jrcclc@gmail.com, send an email through eBay's message for seller, or send it in the "messages" section of paypal when you make payment.

3. Is the personalization extra and how many letters can I have?
A. The personalization is INCLUDED in this auction and you can have as many letters as you would like. Just keep in mind the integrity of the picture of the product.

4. Can I make any changes to the clocks picture?
A. You can make changes to any of the fonts in either color or font. If you have one particular font you like email this info as well. However, the artwork is original and cannot be changed. Maybe a particular color in the item can be changed. Please email us with any questions before purchasing and if it can be changed, a proof will be emailed to you before your purchase.

5. I have a picture I would like made into the clock, how can I get this to you?
A. You send a .jpg file to our email address jrcclc@gmail.com and make sure you include your personal email so a proof can be sent before purchase.
