This is a new, still in the plastic, set from Burger King, 1996. Buzz and Woody attach to R.C to go for a ride. Buzz and Woody both talk, but have never been activated. A ribbon needs to be pulled out of the battery area to activate. These toys did not come from a kids meal, and they are not like the typical small toy in a meal.
