It is signed, and the signature looks like the last name is Wolf, with a first initial that I can’t make out. This painting is very well done. The colors are very vibrant. The clown is very expressive. He has a sad expression. His eyes are beautifully expressive, and there is a teardrop at the edge of one of his eyes.
I am not sure of the age of this painting. There is dust in the corners of the frame, so it will need to be cleaned. The painting measures approximately 11 inches tall, and approximately 9 inches wide.
