Arnold's Cough Killer, Antique Lithographed Victorian Advertising Trade Card. A girl hugs her dog, "Perfectly Safe." Dr. Seth Arnold's Cough Killer, Woonsocket, R.I. "Until April 1. 1896, your choice of a free sterling silver scarf pin ..." Back also has advertising for Lincoln's Hop and Celery Nerve Tablets. Card has been trimmed on top and sides; measures 2-3/4 by 3-1/2 inches. Pencilled name on back, "Estella."

This item is an original card from a late-nineteenth century scrapbook. The image, printed by color lithography, is a chromolithograph, or "chromo."
