Burt, wearing a maid's cap and apron, and a very short skirt with bustle. Behind her, another woman, dressed more sedately, peeks out through a half-opened door. Measures 2-1/2 by 3-3/4 inches. On the back side is Burt's Calendar for 1878 and 1879, running from July 1878 through June 1879. Printed by Major & Knapp Eng. Mfg. & Lith. Co., N.Y. Two small areas with surface peeling and thinning on the back of the card.
