Mason's Patent Ironstone
"E Handle" Mug
- the handle is fashioned in the form of an E for Elizabeth
produced in 1977 for the Silver Jubilee
of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
 

The design completely encircles the mug and features sepia cameo portraits
of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh
both cameos are flanked by sprays of the British floral emblems and the British flag.
Between the two cameos is the Royal Cypher of Elizabeth II with the Jubilee dates
The rim is encircled with the inscription "To Commemorate the Queen's Silver Jubilee".

The mug is 3 inches tall and is in excellent condition without any chips, cracks or crazing

The Mason's backstamp is on the base.
and "Patent Ironstone
Made In England
The Silver Jubilee
1952 -1977"
