This vintage Royal Staffordshire Plate features "H.M.Queen Elizabeth II Coronation June 2nd 1953".

with a sepia portrait in it's center

It measures 9 1/2".

The back is stamped: "Royal Staffordshire Pottery
A.J. Wilkinson LTD" in green.

Both the edge of the plate and the center are ringed in gold.

This plate is in good condition, with no cracks or crazing however it has a small chip on it's underside.
