Coronation COMMEMORATIVE Plate
Queen Elizabeth II 1953.
 

This vintage Plate features a beautifully painted full color portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. It has a Gilt rim & 2 inner rings & a band surrounding the portrait.

It measures 9 1/2" in diameter.

The back is stamped:
"Commemorating the coronation of Her Majesty
Queen Elizabeth II
June 2, 1953
Painted by Allen Hughes"
Crown Potteries Co.
Made in U.S.A.

This plate is in good condition with no cracks or crazing however it has some condition issues there is minor scratching on the inner gold banding & a very small ding on the bottom edge.
