Issued in a Limited Edition
to celebrate the 80th birthday
of Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother.
 

This gold rimmed china loving cup is made of fine quality
translucent English bone china.

The front of the cup is decorated with a brown-toned
popular profile portrait of The Queen Mother
set within a circular medallion surrounded by a garland
of pink roses & qilt leaves inter-twined with a blue ribbon & a qilt crown.

The rear features a dedication which reads:

"To Celebrate The 80th Birthday of Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother
August 4th 1980"

Surrounded by a garland of pink roses & qilt leaves inter-twined
with a blue ribbon & a qilt thistle

The dated Royal Doulton backstamp is on the base

This cup is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
