commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 1939 classic movie, The Wizard of Oz. It has its own Certificate of Authenticity. It measures 8.50" in diameter and is rimmed in 23k gold Yellow Brick Road boarder. It is also numbered in 23k gold 4281L. This makes a perfect gift to give or add to your collection of Collector Plates. So cute for a child's room.
