  1. What is eBluejay.com?

eBluejay is an advertising supported online marketplace. It is the 2nd generation of the original free marketplace blujay.com which has been online for 10 years. Aside from the $20 verification fee to open a store, there are NO recurring fees or Final Value Fees. We believe since sellers do all the work, they should keep everything after their item sells.

  2. How do I contact a seller?

On the item page click on the tab next to the description that says "Ask a Question."

If you have made a purchase, you can contact the seller by viewing your "My Purchase History" and near the bottom of the invoice look for "Invoice Messaging." Click on the "Send a message to the seller" or "View the current message conversation" to send a message to the seller.

  6. How do I delete my items

There are 2 ways to delete your item. When logged in, view your item and click the "delete item" link just above the subject line. The second way is through the Inventory manager. Go to "Selling" -> "Inventory Manager" and click on the checkbox of the item you want to delete. Then at the top of the page select "Delete" from the drop down that labeled "Hold/Del." Click the confirmation dialog and your item(s) will be deleted.

  7. Why isn't my photo showing up after I select it for my item?

After selecting a photo you may need to wait up to 15 seconds per photo while it processes in your browser. When finished a small thumbnail photo will appear in the 24 photo grid. We recommend using Firefox or Chrome to manage your store. Mobile browsers are also supported. Disable any browser Ad Block plugin/extension as they might interfere with the photo processing.
