Retired now, working from home providing phone service for an Outdoor Grill company, and loving that.
But prior to this, I have been in business for myself for 30+ years. I believe in doing what is right. First in the restaurant business and when that got a bit much for me physically I opened another business in sales, having my own website and having over 45,000 listings on eBay and Amazon operating out of a 70,000 sq ft warehouse. While Amazon was good to me, after 6 years of retirement, I had boxes of items that were in storage brought to me so I could list them. Only to learn that Amazon has so many restrictive categories and despite doing millions of dollars in sales with them, finding myself unable to now list many of them.
I cannot list any of these items that I am now listing here for a smaller market to take advantage of.
And why not eBay? I never liked eBay, although I had my own account manager I could contact directly and had multiple stores on their site. I was never really happy with them and since retiring I have not sold a single item, nor have I purchased a single item from that site. And when they wanted to know to restrict me because I have not sold in 6 years, I said fine, close my account since I will no longer be needing it.
And here I am, Glad I found this site and look forward to each and every customer I have here. I am telling others about the site and I hope you do the same.
