The surface of the mug is not a shiny white color. It is more of a matte slightly off white color.
The bottom of the mug says it is a 14 ounce ceramic matte finish mug.
It looks like there is a stray mark on the mug to the left of the quote that was from the manufacturing process. The mark resembles a light ink mark.
The quote is one one side of the mug only.
The other side of the mug is blank.
There is a design date of 2009 on the bottom of the mug.
This mug has not been used.
It has been stored in the box. The box does have wear to it.
There is some wear to the surface of the box along with some discolored areas on the box.
