The package states: " Watch Toon Raph screech into battle on this road-rippin' Turtle transportin' Toon Cycle. This totally tooned-up two wheeler can run over 150 Foot soldiers per second-and that's just in first gear. But when the battle gets really bashin', Raph just snaps on the reversible/removable sidecar for an extra wheel and room for one more-Turtle that is. The Foot run for cover but they can't escape the Foot-findin'Toon action eyes. And when the Foot are spotted, they get jousted with the Turtle jousting vroom broom, courtesy of Toon raph himself...Speaking of- Raph just loves to pull up alongside a Foot Clan minion and shred him to mindless pieces with the Foot scum cleanin' hubcaps.
