WAS is a Polish brand intended primarily for super cars. WAS is the absolutely pinnacle of premium lighting. The lens is scratch resistant polarized polycarbonate. The casing is made primarily from a single aluminum cast. Resistant to extreme temperatures, crash resistant and insulated from electromagnetic pulses.
WAS W221 / 1553 Off Road. Itââ¬â¢s an offroad version, that means it doesnââ¬â¢t have approval for public road use. Each lamp consists of two light emitting sections: narrow on the top and wide on the bottom. Light animation is in both sections. The light has 15000+ lumens and is diffused, which means it has a wide dispersion of light.
The LEDs are of newer generation that can't accurately be compared based on spec to other brands however in person you can clearly see this is superior and a newer technology.

The top chamber of W221 can have following modes/features:
- position light ââ¬â static, just ON/OFF
- position light ââ¬â moving from side to side. Customer can switch between two options: light or shadow changes its position.
- Position light Colour modules divided into 5 sections which can be occupied by following colours
o White
o Red
o Blue
o Yellow
o Green
o Dark/Black
- Amber or Blue waring light- very efficient and bright
The bottom chamber hosts main light bar LEDs and backlight which has the same features as listed above except waring light.
