If the order is REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED or does not have a reason enclosed, there will be a 10% restocking fee on the sales price or $3.50, (whichever value is greater). We will also deduct any postage we incur as a result of an item being returned for the above reasons.
If for any reason a customer returns an item that is not damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the sale price or $3.50 per item (whichever is greater). In this case, the shipping costs (shipping to and return shipping charges) will not be refunded. You will receive an email message indicating that your refund is complete.
