    Payment Policy

    Payment method is PayPal. You can use your credit card without having to have a Pay Pal account. Payment is due immediately. The mailing address must match the address on the Pay Pal account. If not a refund will be made.

    Item will be mailed via USPS, best available, mail within 3 business days of payment receipt.

    Return/Exchange Policy

    REGARDING QUILTS, Wall Hangings, Table Toppers, Pet Spreads, or Pillowcases. Buyer Pays. If you feel the item has been misrepresented in the description you may apply for a refund within 7 days of shipping date. You must contact us via email requesting a RIN (Return Inventory Number). The item must be returned in NEW ODOR FREE condition. It must not have been washed. If the item is returned in new, odor free condition a refund, minus shipping, will be applied to the Pay Pal account from which it came. If the item is dirty or has been washed or has odors especially smells of cigarette/cigar smoke a 25% cleaning fee will be withheld from the payment. NO EXCHANGE.
