Very good vintage used condition!
Cover is in Very Nice condition and spine is solid. The covers corners are dog earred/creased. There is slight color loss, on the cover, in a thin arch shape where something round made a scratch mark. (see in the pic; on and to the left of the "Historic Trail" sign)
Pages are in very good condition. No sign of rips/tears. There is a little bit of age discoloration and a few very small dog ears.
