There are some embossments located on the bottom of the bottle, which read as follows: 12 U 48-5. The bottle measures 2 inches wide at the opening and 9 1/2 inches tall. The bottom of the bottle measures approximately 4 1/2 inches wide. The upper portion of the bottle body has a ribbed pattern that continues around the bottle. The lower portion of the bottle features a wider size, from the narrower upper portion.
Despite all that may be wrong with this cute little gem, it still has a purpose and use. What a nice addition this jar would make to any glass bottle collection. Perfect for anyone who happens to collect colored glass bottles. Also makes a nice bottle to decorate any place, where a vintage theme is desired.
