NOTE: This was an opened packaged item, looks as if the backplate had been used, but still contained what appeared to be all parts, included also is the backside EXIT portion when mounted from ceiling. The ceiling mount is still present as well. I have photographed everything in the box with the pictures provided. While this is a $103.00 item, since I am unable to test it, I have listed this at this price to be used for the parts, so if fully functional, the better the buy for you, but be aware that there is no guarantee that this is functional.
