Main office and plant was located in Wilkes-Barre, PA.</p><p> Manufacturers of Rubberless Building Wire. </p><p>To assist in conserving rubber, Hazapak Rubberless Wire saves rubber, saves tin and saves critical synthetics.</p><p>Hazapak Rubberless Building Wire is approved by the Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., under the provisions of Interim Amendments 44 and 69 of the National Electrical Code.&nbsp;</p><p>In this new rubberless building wire, in place of the familiar rubber insulation, there are two separate materials - (1) a thin layer of Kodapak (cellulose acetate butyrate) - a pure insulating material, covering the copper conductor, over which is wrapped - (2) a compacted cushion of crumpled moisture-proofed kraft paper for mechanical protection.</p><p>Unbound from a 1943 electrical engineering magazine, this unique old one-page advertisement would display beautifully matted and framed.
