Binding is all strong and intact! The book's pages show some discoloring from age, mostly at the outside edges and mostly at the top. There are no tears that I can see anywhere. and no writing in the book. The books cover is relatively clean but has a large dog-ear at the bottom front and a small dog-ear at the bottom back.
